Clean room, friendly maids, convenient location by main avenue, close to amenities. Quiet atmosphere.

Location, maids and restaurant were better than I expected.. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff were not helpful when it came time to check in. There had been a problem with the reservation and they seemed to want to keep me in the dark. They would not provide a straight answer to my questions and then two days later I found they had "double booked" me and there were now TWO charges for the room for the first two nights. (Sept. 23 and 24th) I had no confidence that they were going to help me with this situation. The other problem was a rather weak Wi-Fi system. Reception was difficult at beast.

Modern hotel, it offers good services and particularly good location adjacent to the beach and a restaurants, a mall, civilice store and the airport and the famous El Porvenir seafood restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the modern facilities added to our overall comfort. The parking facilities were great, providing us with the convenience we needed. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal as it was very close to the famous El Porvenir seafood restaurant, several other restaurants, banks, and even the airport. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met.

The room was spacious with good air conditioning and a clean bathroom, and the location was perfect for me, being very close to the popular El Porvenir seafood restaurant.

I had a good stay in a long time. The food for breakfast was decent! The rooms were air-conditioned and the beds were comfortable. Location: the hotel was just next door to shops, pharmacies, restaurants, the famous El Porvenir seafood restaurant, and the beach. Also, Laguna del Carpintero was 3 miles away.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants and the airport. It was also convenient to have everything I needed within reach, like banks and shops. The room amenities were fantastic, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and even tea and coffee facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room service was excellent. I also enjoyed the free toiletries provided and the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The television and am/fm alarm clock were a nice touch as well.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Air-conditioned, spacious rooms with central heating, a safe, and a TV with multiple channels - great for chilling out after a long day of exploring. 🍽️ Convenient and fantastic location that puts you close to everything; plenty of cozy local restaurants in the area to grab a tasty bite.

the room was clean and the maids were kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. the location was convenient, close to amenities and the main avenue, making it easy for us to explore the town. our previous stay in Tampico exceeded our expectations, but this time was a complete disaster.

Breakfast lacked variety and fruit options were limited.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and modern, and the parking facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. It was very close to the famous El Porvenir seafood restaurant and other restaurants. Additionally, it was close to everything in this city and relatively close to banks.

The only thing that saved this holiday was the free breakfast and the nice view from the balcony. The breakfast had a delicious papaya and some decent options. The location was decent, close to some nice restaurants. The other advantage is that the room was quite spacious.

The pool was dirty and not very inviting. Not enough towels were provided, and the staff was unresponsive to requests.
